So first, some basic information: Easy Eats is a home-grown project to help the gluten- and wheat-intolerant community. It started out with one couple asking the question, “Why aren’t today’s food and cooking magazines more conscious of gluten-free needs?”
From that, more family was brought on board, and an interesting experiment was begun. Can a tiny staff make a magazine to help meet the needs of the small, but growing, gluten-free community?
We plan on featuring substitutes for classic recipes and now-taboo food, offering restaurant advice and recommendations, providing fun articles and product tests, and reviewing current scientific issues and findings surrounding wheat and gluten disorders.
